Working process

Look into the existed market report, discussion threads, AppStore reviews, and competition's tutorial videos to understand the needs, competitors, and opportunities.

User Research

Conduct user interviews, survey, and field research to understand pain points and needs at the beginning. Later on, I use usability test to evaluate specific design.

Information Architecture/ Flow Chart

I’m comfortable with uncertain environments. I usually produce framework and content, especially when we’re dealing with complex problems.

Interactive design

For wireframes, I focus on hierarchy and functionality. Usually validate the wireframe through internal testing or quick user feedback.

I enjoy working on visual design, focusing on ensuring the visuals align with brand position, usability and accessibility goals.

Prototype

Early on, I created low-fidelity prototypes to validate user flows. As the project progresses, I make high-fidelity prototypes to communicate with stakeholders.
